Step Three

I am installing vB, and on step three, it says this:


Step 2) Connect to the database
Attempting to attach to database
Error description: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'webkinc_caduser '@'host152.hostmonster.com' (using password: YES) /home/webkinzc/public_html/upload/includes/class_core.php on line 311
The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.


I have had one of my techincal people check it, and he says there is nothing wrong. Please help.

I have tried this for 6 hours!!!

Make sure you have the databse setup w/ a user and Password, then edit the config.php to reflect that information!

I did. Everything is correct

Check again - because it's not correct, as indicated by the server. Also make sure the particular MySQL user has permissions for the database.♠
