Why hasn't this editor been done in English?

Hi guys,
This is my second thread today about Arabic and English differences in styles and mods.

I spoke about styles in the graphics section. Now I am asking why nothing even close to this mod has been coded?
I am asking because I run Arabic and English forums and the English forum is giving me a hard time when trying to install an Arabic style that I liked or some Arabic mod like the one I am going to show you today, I think due to the left-right difference.

Ok, look at the attached pic and you'll see a fantastic editing box. I tried to translate it into English and I am almost finished. If the coder gives me permission, I might release it here. It's fantastic really.

I have seen people add a bunch of things like that to their editor. I think it really depends on the type of forum you run cuz I know I would not need anything like that on my forum.

Thanks for replying. Could I just say that different people have different tastes and while others might not like, there will be those who do.
This mod has brought together many modes into 1.
The hide till you reply mod.
The youtube video mod.
Embedding Real media, windows media
All kinds of scrolling text
All kinds of text coloring
and alot of other stuff that can be easily turned off or on so whatever you are scared to run, you can turn off.
I really wish some one can code this in English. I really need it on my English forum.
