Highlight each forum?

Not sure if I'm placing this in the right forum but I'm wondering if there is a mod that can highlight each forum as the member scrolls down the main page from one forum to the next?

You can change the hoover property on the table cells so as the member scrolls the cursor goes over the different cells. I can't think of any other way to do it.

I'm not able to find this code in my footer at all.

Doing a search over on vb.com let me know they removed that in 3.6. But, I found this link on how to do it with onMouseOver http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38735 To find other threads about this, just search on "activecells_init" over there.

Unfortunately I've tried to search there using that term and none of the posts are accurate or current. The code/functionality for this has been removed and I cannot find anything for 3.7. Any other suggestions?
