One of my users forgot her password, and has been having no end of difficulty going through the process to obtain a new one. The email that's supposed to include a new password is not including one; her user name is there, and that's it. I've gone through the process several times, myself, to see if it's a system wide problem, and have had no difficulty.
Anyone have any ideas on either what's causing this or what I should do to remedy it?
