The Box in grey with cat title undern nav like on vb

Getting the Catergory title thats in the grey box above this box with the discription of cat ? is it a mod or do i have to enable it ?

id like this to display specif rules for each cat ..

Are you talking about vboptions > Forum Listings Display Options > Show Forum Descriptions in Forum Listings If that's not it, then you need to explain what you are trying to do a little bit better. An image might help.

Do you have a description written in the description field? What version vb are you running? Is your style made for that version? Do you have this in your navbar template:

version 3.7.3 and its a bought skin working for 3.7.3 supposibly.
