As you know some of the buttons at the navbar are dropdown menus.
For example: http://img60.imageshack.us/img60/4748/32431766nj0.th.jpg (http://img60.imageshack.us/my.php?image=32431766nj0.jpg)http://img60.imageshack.us/images/thpix.gif (http://g.imageshack.us/thpix.php)

The problem i have is: Sometimes when i hit them they do not react but if i refresh the page 2 or 3 times, they work properly.

Could anyone please help me with this problem?

I have tested with firefox, opera, google chrome and safari.
And the result is the same.

Does it happen with another vBulletin site (e.g. vB.org, vB.com, etc.)?

Try creating a default style and see if it still happens...

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

i don't have this problem with the default style.
Only with the one i'm using.

Then this is a style problem and you will need to go through all your modified templates (they will show up as red in the templates list) and see what the differences are between your templates and the default Jelsoft one.

Hm... But the style i use has differences on its own(from the default) from the beggining :-(

OK, but the only way you are going to find the problem is by comparing a working style with a non-working style and seeing which change it was that 'broke' your style.
