Did you just do an upgrade? Did you upgrade or revert your headinclude template?

Well then, you should really read the modification thread and see if this issue has come up before, and if there is a solution, and if not, then you should post in there for help. They know the modification and are best able to help you out.

If the modification is causing you problems, then uninstall it! Make sure you remove any files you had to add and remove any template edits.

If you want to keep the modification, then you need to post in the modification thread and get support in there.
