Searchable user profile fields

Hey there, I'm searching for something that add something like this:

Location: New York (http://www.vbulletin.org/memberlist.php?do=getall&field8=New%20York)

Where the field8 is the location field, as an example.
I would like to add this search link to my additional (and non-) profile fields.
