Setting Times for moderation and registration approval?

This may sound like a stupid question but is there any way or a mod I could use to set the times in which posts and new registrations are moderated? I don't have the staff to monitor my forum at night and this seems to be when all my problems arise.

I wish there was some way I could set moderation to begin at a certain time. I don't want to and wouldn't be able to set the forum to moderation manually every night.

Is there any such thing?
