Is anyone familiar with enom.com?

I purchased Vbulletin about 2 weeks ago, and since then, still can't put it on my hosting.

They support is very, well, they don't have very good support, and they just aren't helping me and don't understand the situation...

I have hosting through enom.com - My website is there also.

I can't find the MySQL database information, or how to put Vbulletin onto the hosting / server / site ..

Can anyone help? It's been nearly 2 weeks and I still can't do it..

If this is the wrong area, I'm sorry, I just figured since it was a database/mysql thing..

Maybe another user of this webhost can help you, but your host should be able to answer such questions. Don't they have a support forum or such?

No, and it's very surprising they don't. I even called their support line, and was directed to email them instead, so I have, and it's been 3 days(before the weekend, 6 total) - with no response.

I have a current ticket open with them, but they haven't helped through it, about the forum package, since they have one of their own it hasn't been a problem that has come up apparently..

You mean you signed up with them and they never sent you a return email with all the details for your account like the ftp address and IP and such?

Basically, I can't access the Database's / MySQL to put Vbulletin on it. There is no area for me to go into the database's or well, anything...I'm look more into it, it's a shame, I get their biggest package for less then $4/mo - including server time and this is what support I get from them..

Now I see why it's so cheap..

I know what I've said, probably didn't help, or give any info on it, I'm just really, not computer literate (when it comes to that side of things)

Can you login to the Plesk control panel area?

Ya, I have complete access to everything - I have 4 database's created, but can't access them and I don't know why, nor can I access MySQL, so I can't upload Vbulletin...And I have their biggest package, so I didn't think it would be a problem...

I have msn if you're familiar with it, and would like to try and help me...My msn is: skullz.r.us@Hotmail.com

After you have created the database, you can (if i remember correct with Plesk, i try to avoid using it ;)) also add a new database user (think on the page you get after creating the database). Add a new user for each database and set the permissions (not sure if this is needed with plesk) for the user/database.

PS There is a manual topic on using plesk to create a database: Setting-up a MySQL Database in Plesk (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/plesk_database)
