...on Bananlive's forum but the forum is now down. Anyone know/remember what edits to make as I can't recompile php to get this to work and get past this error.

Could you add types of games ? like :
- multiple choice questions
where whoever (players) chooses the correct answer first will step up, until one finished the ladder first.
questions are chosen randomly from a database based on a category of questions.

I need a simple calculation system for our Poker League.... We have games all over the place on different web sites...

We want to rate the top 10 players and give each one points...

10th 10
9th 20
8th 30

Etc... Etc...

Accumulative with special tournaments available for the top 50 or top 100 people...

I would contribute to something like this...

All the eval codes dont work anymore and the templates are diff. But it shouldnt take that long to upgrade. If I knew how to change it I would do it, but sadly I don't. Would anyone who knows how to change it, please post it? I would greatly appreciate it.

This is the trouble, I don't think it is coming out on VB 4.0 i have been to the site run by the coders of this mod and it looks like it's not happening?

I'm a little gutted, this was the main reason i moved from SMF to VB for it, looks like i might have to down grade my forum from 4.0 to 3.8 just to be able to use the mod?

Im 99% sure bananalive is not going to do this. He hasnt been on since October, yes he did get on for like 1 day in January, but still, I doubt he is going to upgrade it.

Well, i used to go to that site but i ask a question about one of his mods and he banned me from the site...so i don't know....plus one of his free mod downloads had a virus in the zip file..i was able to clean it but you should be careful...seems he upgraded hsi forums and there not much over there now anyways.

Hi all,

we have found a strange problem, when a ladder list has more than one page. For example we had "25" as people per side for the ladders and what happens now:


People on positions 1-25 can only challenge people from 1-25
People from 26 on side 2 can only challenge people on side 2


When you go to another page than you are listed on, it will also give you the option to "join the ladder" again.

What it did now was changing the 25 in the settings to 200, so I don't have the problem... but it would be nice, to have the possibilty to show the ladder rankings on more than one page.

Any ideas?

I apologize if this has already been posted. I recently created a Last Man Standing tournament by accident when it needed to be a Single Elimination. The tournament already has a large amount of comments and all spots are filled. We would prefer not to have to delete the event and create a new one as the deadline is approaching. Is there a way to change the mode of the event after it has started? Thank you for taking the time to read this and for any help you may provide.

I hate to bug you yet again, but this new file has a bunch of new bugs, and they are even worse than the original ones.

Players are no longer able to challenge. After they click the Challenge Player button, the challenge never goes through. Also, when editing a ladders information, there's a MySQL error.

I'm having an issue with adding Users to a Team. When I got to the main tournaments page then go to the teams list and click on the desired team the Add User to Team link just redirects back to the main forum home. Has anyone else had this issue or have an idea how to fix it?


Edit: I have discovered that this problem is being caused by Zoints SEO (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=202739). Any ideas how to make it SEO friendly?

I found the fix. I would recommend everyone apply this as even if you don't use Zoints SEO other products may behave strangely as well. The trick is to just make the link void. This may not be the best way to handle it but it works for us.

edit tmnt_displayteam and change this:

Well, I'm having a bit of trouble with this one. Forgive me, because I'm not very good with these things.

I can't seem to get the tournament permissions to show up in my "manage usergroups" section. I think it probably has something to do with where I've uploaded things. Right now, I've just uploaded everything to the main directory of my forum.

Does that make sense? Any suggestions on getting this working?

I'm having a problem with the modification. I uploaded all the files and imported the product but none of the sql tables are being created.

I can edit options in vBulletin options and usergroups, but beyond that SQL errors because the tables dont exist.

Invalid SQL:
SELECT id, title FROM tmnt_announcements ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 0, 5;

MySQL Error : Table 'site.tmnt_announcements' doesn't exist

It's not my user permissions because as a test i set up vb to use root to connect to database, and root has the same problem with the tables not being created. Other plugins install (and create tables) with no problem.

Ran over 100 tournaments with this on my site and one thing i noticed is during the 64 man brackets, either the bracket bugs out and you're unable to promote anyone or some people sign up but don't appear in the tourney.

I have problems with 256 elimination tournaments, there are errors in Round 6, 7, 8 then, e.g. winners from round 6 are shown in round 7 and 8 then.

The Mod seems to have problems with the year 2012.. so you can't choose it. Does anyone know, where to change that? Its not in the options in AdminCP.

EDIT: To be more detailed... if you edit or create a tournament, the tournament time has only 2005-2011 as option, so 2012 isn't possible. Have found it in the templates now: tmnt_new & tmnt_edit in the AdminCP. You need to add the upcoming years then to have the possibility to choose them.

Anyway i have a ladder up and played 3 games and won 3 yet it shows 4 wins
the recent matches shows ive only played 3 games also but the ranking shows 4

Is it possible to make a group play seperate without the league.

It confuses the users they have to insert matchtimes and so on. I want a seperate group play type with final knockout tourney.

Is it possible to change the number of groups after people has signed up for the league. Normally the process would look as follows. Create tournament, describe the rules. Once registration is closed depending on the number of participants. Then the number of groups is decided.

If we for example have 20 participants we will divide them into 5 groups of 4, 30 participants 5 groups of 6.

We will only be able to determine this once registration is closed.

Is there anyway to mass prune ladders. Looks like spammers found a way to use it by placing the spam in the ladders when making a new one. Going to make that tougher to do from now on, but not seeing an easy way to remove a lot of them at once.
