Query for changing Show Other Users' Custom Profile Styles?

Can anyone make a query for Show Other Users' Custom Profile Styles to set it to yes? When I imported my users with Implex they all went to No by default and there isn't a automatic query built-in for this option so looks like this is the only way other than me going in 1 by 1 and changing each user to yes.. lol

Not sure, but i guess it is this one:

Show User CSS
On: UPDATE user SET options=options + 1048576 WHERE NOT(options & 1048576)
Off: UPDATE user SET options=options - 1048576 WHERE options & 1048576
