Hi,
I have been searching the internet and had a little success but nothing that instills me with confidence.

I am looking to add a automated link directory with MySQl backend for storage of link data. programme will require reciprocal link (therefore has link spider embedded etc).

I know there is a fair few 'paid for' php/mysql sloutions but can anyone recommend any good free ones?

If not, is anyone using a good paid for version that they can recommend. This isn't to intergrate with VB (I have that squared away).

I ask here as I know a will get a value answer rather than a 'promote my own software' response )that I have had in other forums.

Why the database backend? I want to run the same directory from a couple of my sites and dont want the hassle of updating each one manually.

Any pointers in the right direction/recommendations would be appriciated.

Cheers (and enjoy the weekend!)
