Is there a Mod to replace the Status icons

I was wondering if there is a MOD or a way to remove the status icons from forum home and replace them with png icons.

Is there a way to do this?

Im dying to have this done in my board.

All I want to do is be able to change the forum home statusicon to any custum PNG image file for each sub-forum at my pages for sample Below

The attachment below named old_forum_sample1.jpg is how my forum looks like right now.

The attachment below named new_forum_sample2.jpg is how I will like my forum to looks like after the modification.
