Help With PB-WoW

If anyone can help please do so. Everything you need is in the PB-WoW Skin files. I will keep trying it on my test server i am just looking for help to find out what the problem is

i know it is the world of warcraft site forums i am trying to get the search feature they use working in my instance of vbulletin considering the PB-WoW skin looks extremely like the world of warcraft forums
