Wanted to go one step further in this following Template EDIT

Hi,

Now i want to go for a plugin to edit the template automatically, I have gone over alot of articles here about hooks, and plugins. Now Can someone guide me which hook should I use to make this edit?

I saw it in similar thread, but then user have to install this first to install the one I wanna make.
