How to install chat box

1. Choose one first: Cyb - ChatBox (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=177552&highlight=chatbox) OR MGC Chatbox Evo (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=168992&highlight=chatbox)
2. Follow the instructions that are provided with the mod.

I would recommend installing Cyb chatbox as its lighter than mgc and is much much easy to install. Simply import the .XML provided
