is there anyone j=here that can assist a PHP newcomer, that has writen any PHP Codes that would enable me to be able to place preferable a rotating banner ad set up on my new message forums??
I am a 501 (c) 3 non profit
& This working with PHP is new to me, :(
& I frankly at times its a bit confussion? :(
