Good test environment software

Hi there. What do you guys recommend for a good localhost (test environment) server software package to use with vbulletin?

Thanks MoT. I had some issues with WAMP.....it didn't seem to play nice with subdreamer and the vbulletin integration. are there any other ones that you'd suggest?

Why not install the components seperatly? Much more control over version and how it is installed, and mostly a piece of cake to do.
