how to edit Thread Description from Quick Edit

and i want to edit threaddesc from Quick Edit

Not sure what you're looking for, screenshots or example please?

Quick Edit is meant for editing posts specifically. It sounds like you want the Thread Tools drop down list within the Quick Edit for the usergroups who are allowed to use it. But I don't understand why as you're not saving any time or buttons to push indifference to scrolling to the top of a thread and hitting Thread Tools, then Edit Thread.
