how to import VbStopForumSpam file ???

hii
i try to install this vbStopForumSpam_v0.2
and the instuction not clear

what file is means?

2 - Import the xml into products. (AdminCP -> Plugin System -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product)

i try to import prom my computer this file - product-vbstopforumspam
and is say ---
This file appears to be a Product, not a Plugin. Please use Manage Products to add this file.
do i nead to import difrent one?
what to do????

The error indicates that you try to import it as a plugin, not a product.

If you have questions/problems with a modification or style, then please post in the thread (or support forum/board) about that modification/style. Best chance to receive a reply from either the author or another member using the same modification/style.

You need to ask the author of the modification. That was mentioned in the thread you linked to. You need to go find the modification thread and then post in there.
