Javascript Files - Color Bar Line

I would like to know how many Javascript files affect the color bar line as shown in this image:

I'd also like to know what the files are obviously.

Jake Bunce told me one of them as:

clientscript/vbulletin_textedit.js.

But he said he's not sure what the rest of them are. So this is a global does anyone know?

Find this code in your templates.

But I think this is important so it might not be a good idea to remove it.

Thats the code inside the three templates, not the javascript files that affect the color bar line display. I need to know which Javascript files affect the color bar line display.
