Paid memberships isn't working?

Hey guys,
I've just launched my forum into BETA stage and one of my members purchased some VIP membership via PayPal. The payment was accepted and everything is fine PayPal's end but for some reason his VIP membership hasn't been loaded onto his account...

The payment was sent via 'Paid subscriptions' in the control panel...

Have you tried disabling your modifications? If yes, this may be a bug within vBulletin and needs to be reported to the Bug Tracker.

When I disable my modifications, how can I check it without trying to find people to buy membership?

Buy a subscription using your own PayPal account (ie. "Paying Yourself") using a test user.

I've tried EVERYTHING.
I've disabled all of my plugins, I've repaired the database, I've deleted the style, I've replaced the forum files and it still isn't working...

The payments are coming through to my PayPal but the membership isn't added and the transaction isn't even logged...

If you have disabled plugins, it appears it may be a bug within vBulletin. You may post it inside of the bug tracker over at vB.com, or you can request support first and see what the support staff has to say.

first off, have you checked what type of payment he made? if it's an eCheck payment, you wont receive an IPN call until the funds clear.

It's a PayPal immediate payment.
I just looked in the database and it's showing transactions but under complete it's showing '0'?

I've asked for support from them and exhausted it, they said it's plugins or the forum style - which it obviously isn't.
It isn't my PayPal as I tried it with my friends account who also has a Vbulletin forum - still didn't work.

Could it be the database?

Try submitting a bug report. Also note, that you have tried this on several vBulletin boards with plugins disable.

How do I submit?

You submit a bug just like you would a post. Head over to the vB.com forums and click on "bugs". Choose vBulletin and then on "Submit a new bug".

It was because my forum is behind a .HTACCESS

HAHA!! I did all of these things when all I needed to do was remove the .HTA. Grrrr!
