BBcode Check File Error !

I have created this simple BBcode but works only half
This is the code

Titotlo : Controllo Link Rapidtag
Tag : rs
Sostituzione : <form action="http://rapidshare.com/cgi-bin/checkfiles.cgi" method="post" target="_blank">
<textarea name="urls" cols="100" rows="10"></textarea><br><input type="submit" value="Controlla Link">
esempio : Controllo Link
Descrizione : Serve per mettere la barra di controllo dei file sotto i post !!!

this is ok ( look Screen):

This work ok but when clic Control link This error :

Why not go to the grounds of the forum even if I put Target="_blank"

Well, you can code it so that it only shows in certain forums.
