Help Coding out psd file please?

Hello and thank you very much for your time.

I am looking to make some skins for my own personal sites using photoshop. I was curious if there are any tutorials anywhere talking about how to code it out like the slices and such.

If not, I am wondering if anyone has any tips for me? I would really appreciate all of your input.
