PlugIn-System of vBulletin help

I just installed vBulletin a few hours ago so I'm really unfamiliar with it.

I went to install the ibProArcade but when I pointed my browser to install the arcade I got the following error:

You should not use this Installer-Script, just import the Product-XML-File in the Product/PlugIn-System of vBulletin.

Installation canceled.

I found the Product/PlugIn-System in the Admin panel and tried uploading the install file there but it wont seem to work :(
