Sticky Style Announcements

I'm looking for a mod which separates all announcements so they have the same format as stickies.

I.e.

Announcement: Test 1
Announcement: Test 2
Sticky: this is a sticky
<then all threads to follow...>

If u get me, I've searched but can't find what im looking for. It's all a blur :-\
