Hi ALL,
can any one help me with my needs, and they are...

have an integrated Form (page etc) (Registration Application) with a Required check box and a submit button on it.

When user checks box and hits submit it will do 3 things.

1) Send a PM/Email to an Admin

2) Put User in a specific Custom UserGroup (group will already exist)

3)tick a check box in their Profile field (field7)

If they dont check the Required check box in the Registration Application and hit Submit it gives them a message and maybe a second chance and a link back to forum Home.

I'm clueless on how to even start something like this, I do have the Application...LOL
