Cpu Error !!

I have problem in my forum

bluehost server says you have error about CPU EXCEEDED

" These errors are triggered if your total processes take more than 40 CPU seconds in any 60 second window or if you have one process that takes 30 CPU seconds in a 60 second window "

and

I go to CPU_EXCEEDED_LOGS in Host Cpanel and view .log file

see alot of this error

Fri Dec 7 00:15:24 2007: used 0.38 seconds of cpu time for HTTP Request: yourdomin.com : POST /forum/index.php HTTP/1.1


what about this erorr ? and How do I fix this problem ?

So, what that message is telling you is that it took .38 (about 4/10s of a second) to load your forum index page. That could add up if you have a very busy forum. It could be somewhere else, like using the search functionality. You might want to try getting rid of any unneeded (fluff) plugins you have -- or all of them for a time and see how much of an impact that has. You could also start by turning off AJAX functionality on the board. That may be a quick win for you as well.
