Put the post in x link [ need help ]

hai im having a trouble with my database.
im using flash banner,and put in the link in this flash banner.
because i was lost my database.
so i want to make a thread and put it into the link there i have been made before in that flash banner.

for example : if im click this file flash banner it will direct to link x
and i want to put it my thread in that link x.

anyone can help my trouble?
