Looking for very good template tutorial

I want to create completely different template for my site. I never did this before, so I'm looking for good and easy to read tutorial. Can you point me to one please?

Also, how can I export my templates as style (as a file that I can use in another vBulletin installation)?

I recommend going over the vBulletin manual (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/styles_and_templates) as it will answer many of your questions. If you are still stuck with something specific just post here.
