I have a quick question about what files I need.

My server blocked my IP address for some reason, and is unable to restore it. So, they have offered to switch me to a new server, but I need to supply them with information so that all the necessary files/info is copied.

I had major problems setting up the site in the first place, and with a lot of assistance, was able to get my site up and running. But, since it was done for me, I am not sure what I need in order to do it again, KWIM?

Do I need any of this:

Please let us know if you require any of the following:

ASP - Active Server Pages Support (I don't think I need this)
JSP - Java Server Pages Support (I don't think I need this)
mySQL 4.0 or 4.1 or 5.x (Please confirm which you require, new servers are 5.x and all servers are being upgraded to 5.x eventually)
PHP 4 or 5
PHP exec(), system(), or dl() functions

Please let us know if you have any of the following currently:
ASP - (Provide domain(s) and/or subdomain(s) it is enabled on) (I don't think I need this)
JSP - (Provide domain(s) and/or subdomain(s) it is enabled on) (I don't think I need this)
Ruby on Rails - (Provide Application Name and Path; Is it fastcgi, or mod_ruby?) (I don't think I need this)

Add-on domain(s) - (Provide name(s) and corresponding folder(s))
Dedicated IP - (Provide IP digits)
Mailman Mailing List(s) - (Provide name(s)) (I don't think I need this)
MySQL databases? - if you have these, please back up the SQL databases using the 'backup' option via cPanel. You have the option here as well to backup the full account, home directory, email aliases and filters as well. These are recommended when considering a move of the account.
Parked domain(s) - (Provide name(s))
SSL Certificate - (Provide Domain it is enabled for)
Email Defense: - (Provide domain(s) it is enabled for) (I don't think I need this)
Custom Mail/MX records: (Provide them here) (I don't think I need this)
Custom DNS Records: (Provide them here)

I don't know what I need to provide them with. Any help would be appreciated. My site is http://www.mommiesminute.com.

I still have not upgraded to 3.6.8. because I am not sure where the files are backed up to. Does it get saved on my computer, or on the server??? If they change me to another provider, this will backup my site so I can upgrade, right?

"My server blocked my IP address for some reason, and is unable to restore it."

Let me get this straight first. You IP address is blocked on your current server and your host see moving to another server as the only solution? Sounds to me like moving hosts is more needed then moving servers.

About what is needed:

I see in their questions that they are using cPanel. Just tell them that the whole cPanel account need to be moved (that can be done with a few clicks).
