Need help setting admin permissions please..

Hi, I need step by step instructions for setting admin permissions. Right now it's saying I don't have permission and I have to change those. Can anyone please give me step by step instructions. I"m not all that techy, but I know with good directions, I can do it. Thank you so much!

You probably need to go into the config.php file and put your userid in the array after "****** SUPER ADMINISTRATORS ******" You need to be a Super Admin in order to change other admin permissions.

I'm in the file manager, but I can't seem to find exactly where that is.

The config.php file is in your includes folder.
