What does this modification do?

Want to remove navbar link & search like showed in the picture? This modification removes them.

Installation


admincp > manage plugins > "Global: Parse PT Global Templates (global_setup_complete)" > deactivate button
Click on Save active / inactive status
Done

I am not seeing this plugin. I am going to ACP-->Plugins & Products-->Plugin Manager. Am I in the wrong place?
