Where do I find the logout template?

What I'm looking for doesn't seem to be there. I'm looking to change/add to the "All Cookies Cleared" text in the body of the page when a user logs out. Where do I find that template for that area?

AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Type "cookieclear" in "Search for Text" input box and select "Phrase Variable Name Only" from the radio buttons towards the bottom. Hit Find and the phrase should appear at the top of the next page. Just click the "Edit" button to edit it.
