My Admincp Backup and my mysql Host backup through cpanel are different sizes. why?

backup through the admincp on vbulletin for my site = 55.6 MB

mysql backup through cpanel with my host of my site = 48.2 MB

shouldnt they both be the same?

Humm I think thats usual right? I get the same thing. I don't use the VB back ups at all. I use my admin hosting CPannel for all my back ups and download them through the ftp.

Depending how the file was save as, it's changes size.
