You probally need to get a 2nd server, that many users online is probally to big a load for any server with only 1gb of ram I dont understand how you made it that far at all. What is your user timeout set to?

How is your server holding up? online 1000-2000?
1 GB ram , your date base waits how much? 1 GB ?
Very impressive server performance..
try checking how much ram is used by apache, maybe you need to add more ram, or another server..

My forums have more traffic, but I'd recommend you to have 2 GB installed and think about a 2nd webserver if you want over 2,000 users. BTW, how is your load right now?

Gabriel.
