Uploading mulptip images and displaying them

Dear Ladies and Gents,

I am having some difficulty with my site whereby when you click on the paperclip to "Manage attachments" and upload images. The images, once uploaded do not not display by default in the post, but rather come up as attachments like this:

However if I then hit the paperclip a second time the following box comes up which allows me to "insert all" and the images show up properly

The images then display just fine.
