Convert Cash to Points and Forum Passes

Can vB Bux take cash, paid via paypal or some other payment processor, and turn it into points on whichever forum?

Also, can I create an item that will give the user access to a new section of the site?

What about someone who has enough points can "buy" a promotion to a usergroup that allows access to a specific forum?!?
