CPU Error???

I keep getting this PU error and my server told me it was applications that keep running when they should shut down, anyone able to help me with this issue?

from what i can see from logs its the shout box and vbgarage that is doing it.

Disable the shoutbox and Vbgarage??

You must be using Host Monster. Think about switching. I too use HM and it does the same thing when 4+ ppl are using the shoutbox. An affiliate of my site uses Dreamhost and he says he can have 6+ users and his server doesn't lock up. BTW Dreamhost gives unlimited CPU minutes.. so you should really consider switching. I would have never went with HM if I knew they had CPU minute limits. I gotta wait 2-3 days for the domain transfer.
