Table tag not working in VBad

Tables not showing up correctly when adding a block in Vbad and I'm assuming any blocks I might add within VB. I want a image on the left and 3 col on the right of it. Seems like everytime I put a table tag I get a bunch of head space above it. Can someone advise me how to correct issue?
