Need escrow mod/hack for vB site!

I am creating a vBulletin site which will allow buyers and sellers to post items for sale and then use an Escrow service to exchange funds. I want my vB users to be able to access the escrow services from within vBulletin. Is this possible and if so, how do I do it? Is there a hack/mod available? Or do I have to hire a programmer? Thanks! :)

vbCredits (http://www.vbcredits.com/) with the Cash Conversion Addon (http://www.vbcredits.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24) is a nice method of keeping funds on the site.

iTrader (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=182400) was the best items-for-sale modification but has been put in the graveyard. You might be able to still find it somewhere on the net (http://vbenhancer.com/itrader/), but not here.

I have itrader there is no "escrow" feature. does vbcred or cashconv have it?
