Problem importing xml from server.

So i am trying to add the plaza but i keep getting a error when trying to upload the product file. So my question is, Can i import the XML file from my server? And if so how do i do that???

I'v tried searching and searching but carn't find the answer to either that nor why i am getting the error!

PLEASE help!?!?!?!
