Replacing text for a user

We have problem at our board that one of the users are reporting every rapidshare link he finds, because he wants our users at his own board. We can't IP ban him because he has dynamic IP and it's a open board. So I would like to know if it's possible to do something so he can't the see the right rapidshare links. Like when he opens a thread, it replaces the rapidshare ID with something else.

www.rapidshare.com/files/123456/my_wallpapers.rar

would be replaced to (only for that user):

www.rapidshare.com/files/135789/funny_song.rar


I hope you understand what I mean. We don't want him to know that he's being tricked, because then he maybe just make new user and continues.

Hmm Miserable Users modification maybe.

Or a creative solution (just brainstorming here):

If he is not allowed to cahnge Style, you could create a copy of you current Style and set this for his profile. Next add some Replacement Variables to this style, changing rapidshare.com to his own domain for example. This will only show changed for members using this new Style.

I'm not sure Heggy's would help us. It's a huge site with about 1 million page views per month, so he would know that it isn't dead.
