Count How Many Lottery Tickets Purchased

Okay, my forum is having long debates on who bought more tickets, etc. Is there an easy way to count how many lottery tickets have been sold since the beginning and how many tickets each member purchased?

Can I do the same with winning lottery tickets, i.e., easily tabulate how many times a particular member won?
