Care to help me (1 MySQL needed)

I have a program I installed on my server and after the installation it asked me to remove the installer and login, now when I login it says "authorized failed"

If anyone would like to help me all they have to do is create a database and install tplleaguestats (http://www.tpl-design.com/download/tplleaguestats_v103.zip), if it lets you login then I know it's a problem with my ISP. (takes less than 5 mins to install)

You can delete it afterwards.

It's ok man I got it working, I had to edit my php.ini file to sort out my sessions, I can't see why my ISP never made it clear when I registered
