can you guys help me fill the "gap"

i hope its ok to post the link to the site but im having a problem with my vbulletin. if you visit my site there is a huge gap between the headers/navbars are. Is there anyway I could make the gap smaller? Please help.

Your banner style has a height of 204px. Looks like that's your problem :)
