[How to] Solve this problem with this programmer?

I really don’t know what to do about this problem, and I need your helps.

Regard to this topic: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=124485, Mr. TIM YARBROUGH add me and he said that he was ready for this request and its simple and he will finish it within 10 days.

He ask me foe a first payment (30%) which is around $80 and I paid for him. Until this moment I he doesn't finish what I request from him, I asked to cancel the request due to the long time he took and retain to me my money. I sent to him many E-mails and he doesn’t reply to me via E-mail or messenger.

dude you need to show up online for more then 3 minutes at a damn time. I was in the shower and its 2am here. So next time contact me and stay online for more then three minutes so when if im not at my pc when i get back i can actually reply. Plus i havent seen any emails. Now contact me to tommorrow and stay online for more then 3 damn minutes this time. becuase contacting me several times but not staying online for more then three minutes makes it hard for me to reply.
