"Our Newest Member Is..." is missing! [Archive]

Hi all, have a quick question - I just installed a new skin, and in the process I think I might have deleted the code that displays the "our newest member" block on the bottom of the forums. What template would the code for this feature be in?

The template is FORUMHOME.It should be somewhere by the end
