solution to change 13 to another number

I'm just posting this here so I can link it to vbulletin.com to help someone out.
This is for the COPPA form. Some admins would like to change the required age for registration.

Open register.php

Search for (Twice)
$current['year'] - 13

Change "13" to the value you want.
